South Hams District Council wants to help residents improve the energy efficiency of their homes. 

A spokesperson said: "Along with partners South Dartmoor Community Energy, Dartmoor Energy Ltd and Correct Contract Services Ltd, we are helping future-proof some of the most poorly performing energy-rated properties across the District."
