Dartmouth and Stoke Fleming residents, and those with a local connection, can attend an information drop-in event on Wednesday, February 2, to find out how to rent or part buy new homes at Little Cotton Farm.

The event, run by South Hams Council and Devon Home Choice at Dartmouth Leisure Centre on Wessex Way, will give local people information on how the properties are advertised and allocated.

The Little Cotton Farm development has one, two and three bed homes available for rent through the Legal and General Affordable Homes scheme, and also one and two bed homes available for shared ownership.

A spokesperson for the event said: “Priority for the homes will be given to households who have a local connection with the town of Dartmouth or the parish of Stoke Fleming.

“We are taking enhanced Covid safety measures to protect people which may cause delays if there is a lot of interest. To avoid waiting we encourage all interested customers to book an appointment by calling 020 8148 4921 or email [email protected]”

Drop in session times are available between 3pm and 6pm.
