This Grade II listed Georgian manor sits in the South Hams and offers countryside views, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and an abundance of period features. 

Entering the property, guests are greeted by a flag-stoned entrance hall leading to an airy drawing room with sash windows and original shutters, plus an open fire. 

The kitchen and breakfast room includes an oil-fired Aga and a walk-in pantry, as well as a central L-shaped island. 

The formal dining room is worthy of the Catton family, with space for ten to dine under a French chandelier and beside an open fireplace.

The manor includes six bedrooms, with mahogany furniture and king-sized beds, as well as free-standing bathtubs, while on the landing is an antique bagatelle table. 

In the grounds are tennis courts, an outdoor swimming pool, and “gorgeous” scenery, plus a hot tub, sauna and steam room. 

This former Victorian rectory dates back to the 1800s, and offers an “obscenely posh” experience, with a croquet lawn, a helicopter pad and a yoga studio. 

There are two reception rooms, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the gardens and an open fireplace. 

The dining room has space for 24 guests, while the kitchen is fully equipped - or the owners can recommend catering services. 

There are four-poster beds in the eight styled bedrooms, seven of which have en-suite bathrooms. 

For leisure, there are plenty of facilities, including the croquet lawn, a solar-heated saltwater swimming pool, a yoga studio and an infrared sauna.
