Fire crews from Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Ivybridge attended a house fire in Thurlestone yesterday (January 30).
The blaze was in the living room. Damage was mainly confined to the floor of the fire.
Half of the rest of the property was damaged by smoke.
The cause is believed to be accidental.
