Devon and Cornwall Police are appealing for information following the seizure of metal items which are believed to have been stolen from within the Plymouth and South Hams areas.

Officers proactively stopped a van in Totnes on Tuesday, November 3, and recovered a variety of items including radiators, lead sheets and high value fibre optic cables from a van

Two men in their 20s from Birmingham were arrested on suspicion of theft and have since been released on police bail while enquiries continue.

The Force said they would like to hear from anyone who has recently been the victim of a metal theft in the Plymouth and South Hams areas which matches the items seized.
