Kind-hearted pupils at Berry Pomeroy Primary have raised £165 for Rowcroft Hospice by wearing the charity’s colours to school.
Headteacher William Jaworski said: “Our pupils have been learning the importance of citizenship, showing compassion and making a difference to others.
“They have been learning the importance of not simply showing empathy but taking action to make a difference to their community and the wider world.
“They came to school in Rowcroft’s colours of blue, yellow, and purple to raise £165 for the hospice.”
