The funeral for Reuben Williams, the three-year-old tragically killed in a car accident just before Christmas, will take place today.
So that everyone can attend, the service will be held at the Civic Hall in Totnes at 1pm, followed by the wake in the same place, going on into the afternoon and evening.
Everyone is welcome, including children. It will be a very child friendly event with toys and books for kids. They are welcome to run around, make noise and generally behave like children.
There will be a private burial after the service for the family.
Please bring a cushion to sit on the floor, but chairs will be available.
Flowers are not expected but if you wish, please only local simple flowers such as daffodils, primroses and wild flowers, no formal funeral wreaths and arrangements. Alternatively you could make a donation to setting up a memorial play space on Vire Island, Totnes.

Reuben’s parents Frankie Gould and Tom Williams said that they had "lost a piece that cannot be replaced".
