Stanley Johnson dyed his hair bright orange to disguise himself during the latest episode of Celebrity Hunted.

The 79-year-old evaded capture on Sunday’s installment of the Channel 4 show with co-star Georgia Toffolo, also known as Toff.

Stanley swapped his signature blonde tresses for sizzling new locks after narrowly avoiding being caught in last week’s show.

The series, launched in 2015, sees contestants go on the run with police and military experts tracking their every move.

In this episode of the celebrity-special, produced for Stand Up To Cancer, the pair arrived in Salcombe and spent a night at a local bed and breakfast.

While there Stanley realised that his signature barnet was almost exactly the same as his Prime Minister son’s.

Stanley said: “I think I’ve got to alter my appearance.

“Obviously I can’t get much taller and I can’t get much thinner, but I think I can do something about the hair.”

The Made in Chelsea star was a little taken aback by Stanley’s drastic makeover.

“God, it suits you,” Toff said. “Why weren’t you born a redhead? This is genius, we’re never going to get caught.”

Fans reacted with humour to Stanley’s attempts – with some suggesting he looked like Beaker from The Muppets.

Stand Up To Cancer, a fundraising campaign by Cancer Research UK and Channel 4, aims to raise awareness that everyone is connected to cancer.

One out of every two men and one out of every three women will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, the campaign says.

Funds assist life-saving cancer research and Stand Up To Cancer hopes to ensure three-in-four sufferers in the UK survive the disease by 2034.
