Brightham House, in Malborough, which has been owned and operated by Scott and Alistair for almost 10 years has been developed during their ownership into a unique boutique hospitality business.

The freehold property is being marketed by Charles Darrow Commercial Property Agents with a freehold asking price of £985,000.

Brightham House includes eight guest bedrooms, owners’ accommodation, a south-facing garden, guest bar and dining facilities, as well as a gym and wellbeing space.

The owners have invested in the property during their time there, developing the accommodation and communal areas with an emphasis on providing a boutique experience for guests.
