JASPER HAS NOW BEEN FOUND.Thank you to all those who shared this article. Police are concerned for the welfare of 23-year-old Jasper Hobday-Dines, who was last seen at around 6pm last night, Wednesday, June 27.

He is described as white, slim, with short, thick, strawberry-blonde hair, and wears thick-rimmed glasses.

Police think he was wearing jeans, walking boots and a navy blue zip-up hoody with NY on the front and cream fleece in the hood.
