Ivybridge fire fighter Leigh Julyan has been presented with his certificate of service (14 years) and leaving gift from the crew.

Leigh has dedicated many years of his life to providing operational fire cover to the community of Ivybridge. Along with being a fire appliance driver and incident commander, he was also responsible for the set up of the previous fire cadets section at Ivybridge, providing young people with experience, education and qualifications for their future. One of those fire cadets is now their current officer in charge.
